Between 1990 and 1994, he completed his training in “Metal Processing” in Dortmund, Germany, and continued working in the field of machining until 2005.

In 2006, he established his own business and has since continued his successful work in the service sector.

He is one of the founding partners of TMT Turbo Motor Technologies Inc., established in 2023 to develop gas turbine technologies.

Mustafa Yalvaç speaks intermediate Arabic and fluent German. He is married and a father of four children.
